Super Spacer® T-Spacer™
Quanex’s Super Spacer® T-Spacer™ is engineered for the most demanding commercial door unit glazing projects, including silicone structural glazing (SSG). It features an internal acrylic adhesive that allows for immediate handling, making it perfect for high-speed automated manufacturing.
This spacer uses a triple-seal design and online PIB extrusion during the insulating glass (IG) manufacturing process. It’s built to withstand the challenges commercial IG spacers face daily, providing a durable solution for even the most innovative architectural designs.
Used in commercial buildings worldwide, T-Spacer has enhanced thermal performance while still allowing for the benefits of large-format glass. For both manufacturers and architects, T-Spacer is a reliable solution for every commercial IG need.
